This statistic shows the proportion of employees who are members of a union in OECD countries in 2019. With a proportion of employees belonging to a union organization below 10 percent, France was among the countries with the lowest unionization rates in the OECD. At the top of this ranking, however, were the Nordic and Scandinavian countries such as Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
