In a 2024 survey conducted among Australians about their attitudes toward house prices in the future, respondents aged 30 to 39 years were the most likely to want property prices to greatly or moderately decrease in the future. Those surveyed in the 60 years and over age group were the most likely to want property prices to greatly or moderately increase in the future.
