In a 2025 survey, Middle Eastern organizations felt the most confident in dealing with major cyber incidents targeting critical infrastructure, with over ** percent of respondents feeling confident or very confident in their cyber resilience. North America ranked second, with ** percent of respondents feeling confident. The region with the least preparedness was Latin America, where ** percent of firms were not confident in their level of cyber resilience.
