A 2021 survey in Saudi Arabia revealed that amongst Saudi adults aged 15 and older who engaged in physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day, approximately ** percent of them were men. Overall, Saudi men were more physically active than Saudi women, with at least ** percent of men being physically active in every age group. The only exception was Saudi men aged 65 and above, where the average dropped to ** percent.
