While 76 percent of U.S. consumers did not implement any kitchen renovations in the past five years, 10 percent did make minor improvements, such as changing knobs or adding shelves and under-cabinet lightning in 2023. Around eight percent reported having their existing cabinets painted, while six percent got entirely new kitchen cabinets.Â
