In 2023, the leading feedstock used for biodiesel production in Thailand was RBDPO/CPO, amounting to around metric tons. This was followed by palm oil stearin. Due to its large content of saturated fatty acids and high melting point, palm oil stearin is a widely used feedstock for biodiesel.
