A survey conducted across India in 2024 found that over ** percent of India's population between the age group of 19 to 25 years believed India belonged to all religions, not just Hindus. The share was less in the age group of 56 years and above. However, in total ** percent of the population agreed with the statement. The survey reflects citizens' faith in the secular and pluralistic fabric of the country.
