According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2023, around ** percent of millennial respondents stated that they used artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots to search for everyday information. This was the most common use case across all generations. Unlike other generations, the younger Gen Z generation reported high usage of chatbots for study-related purposes, at about ** percent. Meanwhile, roughly **** of Gen X and baby boomers respectively reported using chatbots for work.
