Based on the results of an online survey conducted in December 2023, ** percent of respondents across *** countries in Latin America stated that they expect clarity regarding investments from sustainable banks. Additionally, reliable and auditable reports, along with clear policies on investments in green energy and products and services at affordable market prices, were favored as main initiatives by more than ** percent of respondents. In contrast, less than ** percent of participants listed carbon emission compensation and diversity programs among employees as their main expectations from sustainable banks.
