According to a March 2024 survey conducted by , the majority of respondents in Singapore across all ages have used a shared mobility services such as ride-hailing, car-pooling, and bike-sharing because they were convenient and reliable. In contrast, among respondents aged 25 to 34 years, such services were popular because they allowed cash-less payments.
