The ENACT Organized Crime Index is a tool which was created to estimate the organized crime levels in African countries and evaluate their persistency in combating illegal activity. It consists of two interconnected parts and ranks countries from one to 10, with one being the lowest, and 10 being the highest crime level/resilience level. Data shown here refers to the levels of criminality.
