An investment exit is when an investor decides to sell their shares in a company. The sale to a trade buyer or another Private Equity fund is the preferred exit route in the Romanian market. In 2023, the value of fund exits totaled million euros; ** percent were sales to trade buyers, while **** percent were repayments of preference shares/loans or mezzanine.
