The contents of the screening as indicated in the "Guidelines for Implementation of Cancer Prevention Focused Health Education and Cancer Screening" provided by MHLW, Director-General's Notification are as follows. 

For stomach cancer, in addition to a medical interview, a stomach X-ray or stomach endoscopy is performed once every two years for those 50 years and older. For colorectal cancer, a medical interview and fecal occult blood test are conducted once a year for those 40 years or older. For lung cancer, a medical interview, chest X-ray, and sputum cytology are performed once a year for those 40 years and older. For breast cancer, a medical interview and breast x-ray examination will be conducted once every two years for women 40 years or older. For cervical cancer, a medical interview, visual examination, cellular and internal examination of the cervix should be conducted once every two years for those 20 years or older.
