The United Kingdom stands out as the country which has the highest share of people with a tertiary education stating they know no foreign language, with approximately ** percent of Brits with a university education knowing no foreign language. In contrast, Norway, Slovenia, and Sweden have very few respondents of any educational background stating they know no foreign language, with **** percent of Norwegians who have only primary or lower secondary level education knowing no foreign language. In every country surveyed, the share of people with no foreign language skills declines with increases in educational attainment.
