Stages are defined as: Beginner: at initial stages of deployment of solutions Formative: have some level of deployment, but performing below average on cybersecurity readiness Progressive: considerable level of deployment and performing above average on cybersecurity readiness Mature: have achieved advanced stages of deployment and are most ready to address security risks

According to a survey on cybersecurity readiness index conducted in Indonesia between January and February 2024, ** percent of surveyed organizations were at the mature stage of their cybersecurity readiness. In comparison, ** percent of companies were at the formative stage, and only **** percent of the organizations were at the beginner level.
