How long consumers keep clothing items in selected European countries in 2023
In a 2023 survey, the majority of consumers in France, Britain, Germany, and Italy said that they keep their clothes for more than 2 years. This was especially true in Britain, where almost **** of respondents said they kept their clothes for this long. Italy had the highest share of respondents who kept their clothes for 1 to 2 years.
