Beginner: at initial stages of deployment of solutions
Formative: have some level of deployment, but performing below average on cybersecurity readiness
Progressive: considerable level of deployment and performing above average on cybersecurity readiness
Mature: have achieved advanced stages of deployment and are most ready to address security risks

According to a survey in the Philippines between August and September 2022, ** percent of surveyed companies were at the mature stage of readiness to protect data, while ** percent were at the progressive stage. Overall, surveyed businesses were at the progressive stage of cybersecurity readiness.
