While in 2017, only ** percent of companies defined and implemented this strategy, this figure rose to ** percent in 2019. However, it dropped continuously to ** percent by 2022 before rising again in 2023 to ** percent. According to the source, in 2019, the companies were very optimistic, but with further knowledge of digitalization principles, the latest results seem to be nearing reality.
