  1. Multifamily/ build-to-rent assets were selected by respondents from Japan, Greater China, and Australia.
  2. Hotel (urban) assets were selected by respondents from South Korea, Greater China, and Japan.
  3. Institutional-grade modern logistics assets were selected by respondents from New Zealand, Singapore, and Taiwan.
  4. Grade A office assets were selected by respondents from India, South Korea, and China.
  5. Prime shopping mall/ high street shop assets were selected by respondents from New Zealand, India, and Hong Kong.
  6. Neighborhood shopping mall assets were selected by respondents from Singapore and China.

Around ** percent of respondents, who located in Japan, Greater China, and Australia, selected this asset class as receiving the most interest. Around ** percent of respondents, primarily from New Zealand, Singapore, and Taiwan, stated they received the most inquiries in institutional-grade modern logistics real estate.
