A survey conducted in February 2022 showed that percent of male smartphone users in Japan had downloaded at least ** apps on their smartphones. The share was almost equally high among female users. People who had downloaded between ** to ** apps made up roughly **** of the respondents both among men and women. This group constituted the largest group in this survey.
