Approximately ** percent of the respondents planned to invest in this property type throughout 2023. The source noted that though fewer investors planned to invest in container terminals and industrial or manufacturing parks, the popularity of these facilities has grown. This can be explained by the the rise of nearshoring - a process in which businesses transfer operations closer to home.
