According to a survey carried out in Germany in 2021, Gen Z consumers were the most interested in using online channels for future car purchases and even more for subscriptions. So called vechicle-as-a-service (VaaS) subscription models available online appealed to ** percent of German consumers and ** percent of Gen Z ones. Preference rates were even higher for VaaS options lasting nearly one year.
