The index values range from zero to one points, with one standing the highest quality of digital wellbeing. Indicator weight within categories:

Internet affordability: mobile affordability (50%), fixed internet affordability (50%). 

Internet quality: mobile speed (25%), fixed internet speed (25%), mobile Internet latency (25%), fixed internet latency (25%).

Digital infrastructure: internet usage (50%), network readiness (50%).

Digital security: cybersecurity (50%). data protection (50%).

 Artificial intelligence: AI Investment potential (50%), AI readiness (50%).
