In a 2022 survey, while business leaders unsurprisingly indicated poor network performance as the main reason they changed mobile network providers, over of respondents changed providers due to a poor relationship with their account manager. This reason was most common in the United States, with around ** percent of U.S. business leaders indicating the relationship with their account managers as to why they changed providers; and nearly ** percent of German leaders answered the same.
