Omnicality is increasingly part of Walmart Mexico and Central America's (Walmex) commercial strategy.
In 2024, in Walmex's Mexican division, the e-commerce Gross Merchandise Value increased by 20 percent compared to the previous year, and e-commerce accounted for about 7.4 percent of the total GMV.
As for the Central American division, the e-commerce Gross Merchandise Value increased by 73 percent compared to the previous year.
