According to a 2024 survey, the opinion of NHS staff across England was rather divided when asked about the possibility of leaving their organization. Approximately three in ten of surveyed NHS staff agreed they often thought about leaving the NHS. This is somewhat lower than the peak in 2022. On the other hand, 44 percent were not considering resigning.
