Impact of Covid pandemic on frequency of cinema visits in France 2022
In the context of a survey on the image of the famous French film festival in Cannes, published by Odoxa in May 2022, the respondents have been asked to what extent the Covid pandemic and the sanitary crisis have influenced their frequency of going to the cinema. Almost half of the surveyed French cinema-goers responded that their behaviour has indeed changed. In fact, ** percent of respondents stated that they would go to the cinema less frequently since the cinemas had reopened.
