According to a survey conducted among people that sought out medical care in Mexico in 2023, about ** percent of those interviewed claimed that they did not receive services because they deemed their problem to not be urgent. In that same year, around ** percent of respondents stated not receiving medical care because they had no time to do so, and *** percent of interviewees did not get medical attention because they considered the personnel to be rude or not trustworthy.
