En avant toute(s) is a French association created in 2013 and dedicated to gender equality and ending violence against women and LGBTQIA+ people. It aims to raise awareness of gender equality among young people in order to prevent sexist and domestic violence, to train professionals working with young people, and to accompany young women and LGBTQIA+ people who are victims of violence within their couple or family.

Within two years, the associassion's financial resources increased more than ****fold, and in 2020, it had a budget of over half a million euros.

This budget increase is partly explained by the COVID-19 crisis, during which the chat room set up by the association to support female victims of violence experienced a particularly busy period. Previously open ** hours a week, the chat hours were extended by more than *** percent, which led to a *** percent increase in the number of people using the chat room and required an increase in staff. The crisis has also led the organization to diversify its funding sources and develop new partnerships with private companies.
