According to participants, the leading reasons for not charging their electric vehicles at home were mostly related to the impossibility of installation and the prohibitive cost of installing the charger. In China, ** percent of participants highlighted the prohibitive costs of installation as the main reason for them to not use home charging solutions. In Japan, ** percent of respondents reported the lack of possibility to install private charging as the main hurdle to home-charging.
