The study included online stores specialized in retail of car parts, tires and wheels, motorcycles, automotive accessories, tuning goods and car electronics.
Online sales of Russian retailers in the national territory were considered, excluding online export sales. In the study online stores of automotive products and the largest universal marketplaces (with annual online sales of at least 100 billion rubles a year) were taken into consideration. For the latter, only sales in the category of automotive products were counted.
Statistics are provided for 81 automotive product stores among the top-1,000 largest Russian online stores, including two largest universal marketplaces - Wildberries and Ozon.

All the online automotive product shops under consideration offered courier or pickup point delivery in Russia as of the first half of 2021. Only ** percent of the stores worked with Russian Post, and ** percent offered the possibility of orders to be delivered to lockers.
