A hybrid work mode allows employees to divide their work time between the office, home, and other locations. According to a survey among 1,000 office employees and 1,000 C-suite employees conducted in the United States in 2021, the vast majority of respondents were in favor of the hybrid model. Furthermore, more than **** of employees were willing to pay between *** and *** U.S. dollars per month for an office space if the employer doesn't provide them with access to an office space in a location of their choice.
