Since the beginning of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, office jobs have adjusted to more flexible working models. Working from home has turned into the norm for many, but office spaces remain popular. A hybrid working mode allows employees to divide their work time between the office, home, and other locations. According to a survey among 1,000 C-suite employees conducted in the United States in 2021, the biggest advantage of the hybrid model was more flexibility (** percent), followed by increased productivity (** percent). The same survey found that the vast majority of C-suite level respondents were in favor of introducing a hybrid work model.
