According to a survey on subscription video on demand (SvoD) conducted by in June 2024 in Singapore, ** percent of respondents stated that they were intending to cancel subscriptions to SvoD streaming services in the next three months because of subscription price increases or expensiveness. Lack of desirable content on the platform was the next popular reason for canceling subscriptions, with ** percent of the consumers saying there was nothing on the platform left that they wanted to watch.
