Postal questionnaire
*Companies of various industries from the areas around Tokyo (50km), Osaka (30km), and Nagoya (30km), owning small- and mini-sized freight vehicles. Moreover, the survey included companies of the retail industry and restaurant industry from these areas not owning such trucks.
As some respondents did not wish for the respective feature no matter the price, the number of respondents per safety feature varied, ranging between n=440 and n=269.
