In the youngest age group surveyed, which comprised of 18 to 35 year olds throughout the United States and Canada, the consumers' preferred installation method for smart home solutions was to install everything with the assistance of various help features, such as install wizard in 2021. While in the age group of 36 to 55 year olds, the preferred method for installing smart home features was to do everything themselves.
