Travel agencies in Tunisia had to adapt to the new tourism market due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. A survey conducted between March and April 2021 showed that ** percent of the travel agencies offered alternatives in the event of travel cancellation. Moreover, ** percent of the agencies ensured maximum flexibility to their clients, including free cancellation of the booking.
