The 2020 Summer Olympic games in Tokyo were postponed by a year as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. However, the fate of the rescheduled event still hung in the balance as the health crisis was still raging on a year later. During a *** survey in selected European countries, ** percent of respondents from France believed that it was not very likely or not at all likely that the Summer Games would go ahead as scheduled in 2021.
