Starting from January 2020, bioethanol should be **** percent of the total diesel demand for small-scale enterprise, fishery, agriculture, transportation and public service obligation (PSO) sector in Indonesia. By 2025, Indonesia set the target to ** percent of the total diesel demand. To support the domestic consumption while meeting the target, the Indonesian government started collecting levy on palm oil and palm oil derivatives export and manage it as Oil Palm Plantation Fund (OPPF).
