Nollywood is the main Nigerian movie production and releases most of the titles in English-speaking West Africa. Despite the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the film industry in Nigeria did not stop. On the contrary, it even increased the number of productions significantly in 2020, producing and censoring *** thousand movies. Furthermore, only between January and June 2021, Nollywood produced movies.
