According to an online survey conducted in January 2021, almost out of ten women sommeliers and wine professionals in Brazil thought this industry was sexist. Harassment and discrimination cases are the main reason why professional women in the Brazilian wine market think the sector is sexist. Only **** percent of the women surveyed did not deem the wine sector sexist or misogynistic.
