The Organization automatically aggregates the value of the generating facility that the generation company owns; however, not all development plans will necessarily be realized, and inefficient facilities will proceed to be retired resulting from actions due to political measures in the future. For newly installed facility, generating facility such as in the course of proceeding its environmental assessment or publishing its commercial operation, is included in the aggregation.Â
