According to a survey conducted in South Korea in the first half of 2022, the average amount of money spent per bag stood at around thousand South Korean won. This was significantly higher than the other fashion categories. Bags and other luxury items were not only more on expensive on average than other clothing articles, but during the COVID-19 pandemic luxury goods articles were also considered as a safe investment.
