2007 to 2025
* Survey conducted on a limited number of brands
The dealer satisfaction assessment included three areas of evaluation of cooperation with an importer. The first was related to the importer's products and thus their quality, reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction. The second area concerned the importer's policy as a representative of a multinational corporation operating within international structures, including the competitiveness of market strategy and business approach. The last assessment focused on the head office as a company that operates in the Polish reality, employs specific people in specific positions, and has its own organizational culture.
Selected aspects of dealer satisfaction were rated on a five-point scale, where 鈥1鈥 represented the lowest rating and 鈥5鈥 the highest.
