Globally, with around 60 percent approval, most respondents state that a high-quality audio headset would improve their video meeting experience. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, employees are working remotely from different locations and need to be able to attend meetings online, while at the same time using collaboration tools to be more productive. A need for dedicated meeting equipment to aid employees in exchanging ideas and keeping track of discussions is reflected in the desire for an overall better audio and video experience.
