In 2018, almost ** percent of French people declared that e-liquid was their favorite way to take CBD.
Cannabidiol, commonly referred to as CBD, is one of the chemical compounds found in the cannabis Sativa plant. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (or THC), CBD is not psychoactive. Used in different products like oils, crystals, or flowers, it is said to have relaxing properties.
In France, the legislation on those products is strict, and the local authorities' attempt to prohibit them was ruled out by the Court of Justice of the European Union in November 2020. CBD products are currently allowed in France as long as the THC level remains under *** percent.
