The survey was conducted in medical facilities in Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Mae Hong Son, Saraburi, and Nhong Kai province, and in Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang International Airport, and Phuket International Airport.
