As a result of 2020's coronavirus pandemic, approximately *** in **** non-food small to medium-sized retailers (with multiple outlets) in the Netherlands expects to close at least *** store. In contrast, less than **** percent of retailers with just *** outlet are expecting to close down. Between ** and ** percent of the country's surveyed small to medium-sized retailers were unsure about the future of their shop or shops.
