Compared to last year, roughly out of ten small to medium-sized non-food retailers were expecting less footfall in main shopping malls during the third quarter of 2020. Individual stores, which are located in an area or street with no or few other stores, were believed to fare much better: less than ** of SMEs were expecting a decrease in footfall for solitary shops during that three-month period.
