Construction insurance, especially decennial civil liability, is often considered to be a real challenge for many building artisans, whether they are self-employed or small and medium-sized businesses. However, according to the results of a study conducted by L'Argus de l'assurance in partnership with Leader Insurance in 2020, barely ** percent of the panel interviewed (roofers, plumbers, heating engineers, carpenters, masons, tilers, painters, glaziers for the most part) reported having faced underwriting difficulties. Among the reasons given, the reluctance of insurers, especially at the key moment of the company's creation, was cited by ** percent of those surveyed who encountered obstacles.
